January 19, 2008- My glasses Rx from the optometrist (the strongest I’ve ever been prescribed):
4/4- I started doing the exercises from Leo Angart’s book, Improve Your Eyesight Naturally. When I measured my eyesight using his string measurement method, it was: O.D. -5.50, O.S. -5.25
5/14- I started doing the Power Vision System exercises from David De Angelis’s book, The Secret of Perfect Vision.
7/4- I started using the three habits of good vision (sketching, breathing, blinking) from Thomas Quackenbush’s book, Relearning to See.
7/14- I began to notice oppositional movement better.
